Breasts scar came open, should Dr remove granulation?

had a breast aug done 7 weeks ago sacar came open a bit at 2weeks and granulated tissue is now coming out of it but it keeps rubbing on my bra seem, doc wants to cut away granulation and stitch it back what do you think

Scar tissue rupture (or suture rupture) with granulation tissue coming out of it should be repaired for better healing and cosmetic appearance. It will also minimize risk of infections. Follow your treating doctor’s instructions and go ahead as recommended. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating gynecologist and report any unusual symptoms immediately.
