Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms (absent periods, bigger/fuller and sore breasts, abdominal pain, back pain) could be suggestive of pregnancy. Look out for other symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. Visit your healthcare provider/gynecologist for examination to look for early signs of pregnancy (breast changes, changes in cervix, etc) and blood HCG tests to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Urine tests show positive after missed periods or after about 20 days post conception (and still give false negative results) whereas, blood HCG levels can detect pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post conception.
Take care.
