Hello Indu,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Breast pain and hardness could be due to breast tissue response to hormonal changes, mastitis, duct ectasia, breast lump, etc. If the symptoms are persistent, do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination and further evaluation to look for the exact underlying cause and get started on treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and evaluation results) to help you control the symptoms. If there is family history of breast cancer, then getting tumor marker test done will help to predict/rule out your chances of developing breast cancer. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
