Breast reduction and TOS - Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Did you have breast reduction surgery and did it help with your Thoracic Outlet Syndrome symptoms? Can you please comment on your case and how things improved or not?

Hello and welcome to EHF

I went through your query and i understand your concern. If thoracic outlet syndrome is due to your large breasts then surgery may it helps. Otherwise, it can be treated noninvasively with stretching and physical therapy , which relieves the impingement on nerves and vessels. It can also be treated medically, however if symptoms persists then surgery may be the option.
