Thank you for using Ehealth forum
I went through your query and i would like to answer.
Incidence of breast cancer varies among different ethnicities. It is most common among whites.
The higher incidence of cancer related death among blacks is due to lower socioeconomic conditions and is generally true for all cancer related mortality.
The poor prognostic factors of breast cancer include lymphnode invasion ,distant spread ,harmones receptors negativity ,her2 positivity, size if tumor and depth ,and does not include black ethinic group.

Hope it answers your query.
Take care
