Fortunately, breast cancer is very rare in women your age, and is rarely associated with significant tenderness. While it is unlikely that you have breast cancer, I cannot examine you, and I am not involved in your medical care. Therefore, it would be wise for you to have your doctor examine this area of concern, just to be certain that there is nothing suspicious going on.
