brain unable to listen people talking

Since last 5 years I am having this condition of not able to listen other person who used to talk with me. When someone starts conversation with me within 2 minutes my mind thoughts gets diverted to forthcoming tasks for that day. My mind used to take tension a lot and does not listen to other people. This creates a problem of short memory. I do not remember then what people talked with me later on. I do have high prolactinoma but there is only poorly enhancing lesion as per MRI scans.

What can be the reason of my this condition? Why can't I listen normally to other people and think and memorize it later on?

Sounds like attention deficit or anxiety. If it affects you quality of life and work you may visit a psychiatrist.
