Risks include immune suppression, metastatic disease, previous history of malignancy, history of radiation exposure, tuberous sclerosis and conditions like neurofibromatosis, li fraumini syndrome etc. Treatment may involve excision, radiation and chemotherapy and complications include radiation necrosis, chemotherapy related side effects and focal neurological deficits due to local infiltration.

Hi,
Some of the possible risks of brain surgery:-
Allergic reaction to anesthesia.
Bleeding in the brain.
A blood clot.
brain swelling.
Impaired speech, vision, coordination, or balance.
Infection in the brain or at the wound site.
Memory problems and coma

The signs symptoms of brain tumors depend on their size, type, and location. The most common signs symptoms include headaches numbness or tingling in the arms or legs seizures memory problems mood and personality changes balance and walking problems nausea and vomiting or changes in speech, vision, or hearing.
