For those of you on SSRI's, any kind of anti psychotic, addiction, withdrawal you've probably had brain zaps right? It's that feeling you get when every step you take feels like electricity in your head. They're also called brain shocks. I was wondering what else causes these? I'm having them right now. I'm not being weaned off of anything. I've been dealing with a lot of intense stress and anxiety from so called friends and life in general. I have to take something for allergies I have. I haven't been handling it well. Is this effecting my brain too? Or the way I'm dealing with all of this, which isn't the best way (caffeine because I get so tired...).
