Hello. My son, who is 8 months old, just got diagnosed with Hydrocephulus. After the CT scan they gave us a print out of his skull in 3D where it showed he had round small dents in the parietal skull part. What could that be? Doctors had never seen anything like it

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It could be due to vitamin A toxicity,Gorhams disease, trauma or prolonged pressure like in this case as he has hydrocephalus.Nurosurgical consultation will help him.
