Bone island in skull

Recently, I was told by my family doctor that a MRI showed that I have a bone
island in my skull.
I could use some tips on where to go for follow up treatment and would like to
know if anything can be done for this problem ?

Bone islands are, in general, benign lesions that usually do not require any treatment. Your doctor can advise you futher.
