Can someone explain the screen by crithidia? I have a negative but positive ANA and AntiDNA

ANA is a sensitive test for systemic lupus erythematosus which means that a negative test would virtually rule out the disease however dsDNA is used for confirmation as a positive dsDNA test would rule in the disease. You did not mention which specific test was positive or negative. Moreover there is no such test as crithidia which you mentioned
