Welcome to e health forum.

Reasons for a negative blood test for HCG may include a test value below the sensitivity threshold of the specific test being used, a miscalculation in the onset of the missed menses, or delayed menses from early pregnancy loss.

Since the ultrasound has detected a gestational sac, in the uterus, it is confirmed that you had concieved and were pregnant.

But the lack of major change in the second ultrasound finding and lack of elevated Blood HCG levels (as mentioned by negative Blood tests) could point to the possibility of a spontaneous abortion (a nonviable pregnancy).

The best way forward would be to undergo a serial quantitative estimation of Blood HCG levels. Failure to achieve the projected rate of rise may suggest a spontaneous abortion.

You may consult with your treating doctor who can provide proper counseling and advice.

I hope this helps.
