blood test CA125 my result cam back at 93

Recently visited the hospital with abdominal pain cysts revealed further internal scan recommended blood test CA125 my result cam back at 93 I have a gyn appointment scheduled - what can this mean?

I read your question and would like to help

Ca-125 is a marker for ovarian cancer, 93 is above upper limit of normal.
Your levels are high but not as high as seen in ovarian malignancies (usually in h hundreds).
You would need further work Up
