Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out.

There are definite changes in the blood pressure during the menstrual cycle. It goes up just before the menstruation begins and by the end of the menstrual cycle, the blood pressure comes down.

All these changes are due to the hormonal changes which occur during the menstrual cycle.

Progestrone is the hormone which is responsible for the rise in the blood pressure. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
