Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history and description of symptoms anxiety is the most likely cause.

Hypertension should be screened for. blood pressure monitoring thrice daily at least for three days to rule out hypertention and if it comes in prehypertensive range then exercise and life style modfication can be advised

Regarding the sweat spells again anxiety can define that too but to be on safe side you should do an ecg , lipid profile i would be interseted in BMI too for risk stratification for ischemic heart disease

Another concern is hyperthyroidism if you feel your body to be warm , have palpitations , sweating then TFTscan be advised.

Lastly there is phenomena called climecteric or perimenopause

The endocrine changes related to menopause start 5-10 yrs before cessation of mensturation and they persist for another 5-10 yrs after cessation.

You may discuss these options with your doctor to come to a better conclusion.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
