Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If there has been a case of post-surgery DVT, then there are chances of dislodgement of thrombus that travels and blocks branch of coronary artery supplying heart muscle leading to ischemia and infarct (heart attack). For further clarification and assistance, discuss with your treating doctor/healthcare provider.
Take care.
