Hello,
This is the first time you are getting a delayed cycle and I am sure you have already tested for pregnancy which is negative.Otherwise test it now.If it is negative, you are nonpregnant definitely and this dlay could be due to any temporary hormonal changes inside you. Wait for your next cycle. It will come within few weeks and observe for the rest cycles.No.If it is not repetitive, you need not have to worry. But if you are on wards having an irregular cycle, you definitely need a consultation of doctor as a regular cycle is a basic prerequisite for achieving a pregnancy.
