User Profile
I've missed my period, my nipples are sore, im moody, my back aches, i have constant headaches, im bloated and gassy, and i feel like "about to start my period" but it's way past due. And im not cramping exactly, it's more like a dull ache i get that feels like it's coming from my uterus when ever i sit funny or bend over or lay on my stomach too long. My period is over two weeks late, could i be pregnant?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms (missed/delayed period, sore nipples, mood changes, back pain, constant headaches, bloating, and feeling gassy, dull abdominal cramps) could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
