bleeding started to get heavier this 3rd week

Started spotting/really really light bleeding 3 days before my period that lasted for about 2 weeks .. I took 2 home test and they were negative. The bleeding started to get heavier this 3rd week i took another test and it said negative .. do you have any idea what could be wrong

If you of perimenopausal age group then I would say this is because of dysfunctional uterine bleed, which is common in this age group. The pattern of bleeding varies from cycle to cycle.

It can also be an early miscarriage. Hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovary, coming off birth control, endometriosis, uterine fibroid or polyps are the other causes of prolonged vaginal bleed.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
