Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad that I can help you.

You want to know the cause of the symptoms that you experience.

There are several types of bleeding in the alimentary canal. If bleeding appears in the stomach (gaster), individuals may experience vomiting of fresh or digested blood (which looks like coffee), sharp pain in the upper middle abdomen and symptoms that suggest shock due to bleeding out. In cases of bleeding in the small intestine or colon, individuals may experience abdominal pain accompanied with digested blood (the stool becomes dark to black) or dark red blood may be present in the stool. In cases of hemorrhoids, individuals experience constipation, pain or burning in the anus during defecation and appearance of fresh blood in the toilet bowl or toilet paper.

According to the data that you described, you experience bleeding from the alimentary canal. See a gastroenterologist to exclude any of the causes of bleeding in the alimentary canal listed above.

Please keep in mind that I provide medical information only. I am not able to diagnose medical conditions online. Please contact your doctor or other qualified health care provider such as a gastroenterologist for further advice and information about diagnosis and treatment options.
