Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for your abnormal bleeding without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination evaluation clarification and assistance. Treatment as appropriate based on examination findings and evaluation results would be started to help you control the bleeding and symptoms and regulate your periods. Look out for development of any new symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/urologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
