im 3 mos pregnant i bleed as if i got my menstrual cycle my tummy and back is aching..is this normal? what will i gonna do?do i have the risk of miscarriage?

Since you are describing it as your menstrual periods like, so definitely you need immediate gynecological check up to rule out any threatened or inevitable abortion. Threatened abortion presents as bleeding in pregnancy which is usually accompanied by abdominal cramps. If proper management is not undertaken, it may get converted to inevitable abortion.
