Me and my family members have bites all over our bodies (feet, legs, arms, belly, back, neck, shoulder). They occur in groups and they itch a lot more than a mosquito bite. The itch remains for over a week.

We have two dogs. They don't seem to scratch themselves, so we don't think it's fleas. We also tried trapping fleas, but no success.

I inspected my bedding (no signs of faeces or blood marks). I called an exterminating company and they said that bed bugs always leave blood marks in the bed.

For a while we washed our bed sheets and vacuumed a lot, and the bites got less and less, but now they are back and they are worse than ever.

My skin and hair itches quite a lot during the day as well.

I really don't know what it could be..
