birthcontrol and spermicide

would spermicide and birthcontrol pills be ok instead of condoms i have problems with sensitivity when my boyfriend uses condoms and we have been together 2 years only with each other so the pregnancy thing is the only issue

Oral contraceptives, when taken perfectly, are more than 99% effective. This statistic, however, only applies to those who do not miss pills, take them late, or take any interfering medications.
With that being said, if you are a PERFECT pill taker, the pill alone will protect you rather sufficiently. Of course, using spermicide is never a bad idea. This would only increase your protection.
