My periods started a week before my normal menstruations and my blood usually last to five days but this time they only took to about 3days and were lighter than usual.

I've been feeling tired. I eat alot. I've been experiencing unusual pains in my stomach and I've been having back pains and these happen when I lay down and headaches. What could be a reason to this?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This is a scanty and an advanced cycle.Nothing to be surprised as this sort of thing might occur in the menstrual life of a lady once or twice a year. The reason is some temporary hormonal imbalance inside you.Due to stress, strain, anxiety or change in diet and even place can incite this.Do not worry. This sort of things usually subsides by it's own.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
