Birth control patch since then...

User Profile
I started the Birth control patch in July. Since then I have had only one abnormal period and that was the first one after starting the patch. When I was due for my period I started spotting on October 12 and had normal flow starting October 14. This lasted my normal 5-7 days. On October 29 i started spotting for a week and a half then had heavier flow for another week and a half....havent had a period since. Breasts are sore, more tired than normal, have slight cramping in the lower abdomen and having weirder than usual cravings. Should I take a pregnancy test or wait a little longer to see if I get my period?

Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A17695
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
When was your next patch due? Have you put in the next one after your periods in October? Your symptoms of absent periods, sore breasts, increased tiredness, lower abdominal cramps, weird cravings suggest symptoms of early pregnancy. Visit your gynecologist for a thorough examination and tests (blood HCG levels and ultrasound scan) to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
