I suffered with chronic idiopathic urticaria for years. I had flare-ups most days. These would be accompanied by intense mood agitation. I had my first episode of 'anxious depression' (as it simply was known) around the same time. I have been saying for over 20 years the two are linked! And I used to work in mental health, so I know my stuff. I would love to see more research conducted into this.
