Could a biopsy detect if the cause of miscarriage is due to misoprostol?

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

A biopsy can detect whether the endometrium was under estrogen or progesterone effect or if there are other problems like hyperplasia or cancer or yes, can help detect whether the endometrial change was due to pregnancy.
Whether the cause of abortion was misoprostol or not, may be difficult to find out from a biopsy.
