Best diet and fitness option?

I am a 28 yr old male. I am 6'2" and about 215 lbs. I work a full time job that requires a 2.5 hour commute roundtrip. With 2 kids and a busy work week, I am finding it near impossible to fit diet and exercise in. Any ideas?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Breakfast should never be missed. Try to have more proteins than carbs, dont gain weight, avoid stimulants, coffee, cola beverages and fast foods.
