Are you working out at home or a Gym? If you are trying to build that Chest up, then shouldnt you be doing a little bit of everything? Like 3 sets of push ups, pull ups. If using weights, 3 sets of butterflies, bench pressing. There is one where you lay down on the floor and you are holding weights straight out and you drop them behind your head while keeping your arm straight but slightly bent. Be sure to drink plenty of water, eat lots of protein and stretch before and after. Also, warm up with light weights first. Trust me on this one! Never hurts to add Cardio in the mix but save it for when you need to change your routine. Have to swap it up or you will get nowhere. If not sure what I mean then let me know.
