Welcome to ehealthforum.
Altered bleeding pattern and absence of premenstrual symptom along with absent periods could signify possibility of pregnancy. The second period that you had in December could have been the implantation bleeding if you were sexually active after your December periods. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for a thorough examination and blood HCG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests cannot be relied for accuracy due to high incidence of false negative results.
Take care.
