Welcome to ehealthforum,
Since there can be contraceptive failure, and if you had not been regular with your birth control use, chances of pregnancy resulting cannot be ruled out completely. The efficacy can also get affected during antibiotic use and if you had been sexually active without additional protected while being on antibiotic use or within few days of antibiotic use, chances of pregnancy resulting are possible. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation, clarification and assistance along with getting blood HCG test done to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately. Get the hormonal implant removed if you suspect pregnancy chances, or if pregnancy gets confirmed.
Take care.
