ballet dancer, MRI incidental finding of effusion in foot.

Expected incidental finding on MRI in a young professional ballet dancer? 16 yr old. daughter had MRI regarding Achilles tendinitis. Good news is that there is no destruction or issues with achilles tendons. Incidental finding of a couple of minor effusions in ankle where it terminates into foot and at toe. No pain at all. She is a professional ballet student on pointe. She dances at least 4 hours a day, much more this past spring, weekends included. Otherwise totally healthy. Expected effusion due to trauma//repetitive use? Thanks
