Welcome to ehealthforum.
Increased vaginal discharge, white discharge, foul smell, can indicate infection. Visit your gynecologist (not regular doctor) for a check and a vaginal smear test done to identify infection causing agent and to start with appropriate treatment. Avoid douching, use of tight fitting undergarments, instead use loose and cotton undergarments. Keep the area dry. Follow good hygiene.
Take care.
