Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.Fecal matter is not stored in the anus but in the rectum.

However, anus is the path through the fecal matter comes out and a small amount of fecal matter may get stuck to the anus and thus at the time of the anal sex, it can get stuck to the penis or the condom giving rise to the bad smells.

I’ll suggest using the soap and water immediately after the sexual intercourse.

The best way to avoid the smells is by avoiding the anal intercourse and instead doing the vaginal intercourse. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
