I came down with pneumonia on February 18 (3 weeks ago). Took all of the antibiotics and went in for a follow up visit with my doctor last week. He listened to my lungs and said that everything sounded clear. No x-rays though. Since then, I have a dry, deep cough day & night and feel very exhausted. I've never had pneumonia before - is this cough / exhaustion normal when still recovering or should I schedule another Dr visit? Thanks for your advice.

Thank you for asking

With chest clear, this non productive cough is less likely to be the reason for the recurrent pneumonia. Take symptomatic cough remedy and avoid triggers like smoking, beverages etc. You will be fine.

Take care
