17, bad Back Pain , a lump has come up on my spine

I'm 17 and I've having serve back pain for a while now it's uncomfortable to sleep or sit so I'm up most of the night in pain, I've noticed a lump that's come up on my spine now which is making it more uncomfortable but I haven't done anything to cause this lump since I've had the back pain which has been nearly a year I haven't done anything that could or makes the pain worse, just need some advice

It's time to get some workup to find out the cause.labs and radiology reports for spinal assessment and also examination of the lump you mentioned is mandatory in order to devise the management plan. Compressive neuropathy and disc prolapse and herniation are some of the possibilities. Get To A spine specialist and let them take care of you.some physiotherapy will relieve the pain.interventional pain management would be last resort. You are young and healthy shouldn't be a problem.
