How doctor..
I hav got 2hard looking lymph node one hard n one soft doctor performed fnac on the abscess..the report says..consistent with secondary bacterial infection on top of epidermal inclusion cyst...is it tb??

Bacterial Disorders Answer A63463
Fnac in this case appears to be inconclusive. Since there was no granulomatous inflammation found tuberculosis is also unlikely. to be more sure in excisional lymph node biopsy should be considered in consultation with your doctor.
