back rib cage pain on LEFT back when sleep

I am a healthy female, with a good mattress and in good shape.
Past month when I sleep on my left side, my back rib cage on the left aches. It hurts no where else and goes away when I get up. Never had this problem. Its not back related. It feels like its my rib cage but can't be certain. Could it also be my left lung but I have no problem with breathing or coughing or other physical ailments. Any ideas why this is happening or what is causing it? Should I be worried?
