Back Pains for 2 weeks already! I've tried stretching and...

User Profile
I've lately been having pain in my lower back. I don't know whether it is from how I sleep (I sleep in a small corner in my bed all curled up. The reason is personal but in short, I do it because I feel more safe like that.) or because I am on my period. Anyways, I would really like to know how I can get rid of these pains because I can't sit properly anymore SadI've tried stretching and sleeping differently but it doesn't really do much (-3-)"

Yes, this may be the reason as sleeping posture is very important to keep back pains away and it is advisable to sleep in a good posture, else it may affect your other body-parts as well. Try to consult your doctor as well to see if there is any other issue.

Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees.
When sitting in a chair, put a towel rolled up behind your lower back.
Drink lots of water.
