I am 28 years old male. Last 2 years i am feeling back pain. I am suffering this problem. Doctor please give me some suggestion about it in detail.

I am not a doctor, but I think you should see a specialist. Do you know how this happened or when it first started? Did you lift something that was too heavy? Are you overweight? Maybe you have bad posture? Try a heating pad or maybe massage therapy, and see how you feel.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I would suggest you to have MRI spine and ultrasound abdomen (look for pancreas)
to sort out the problem.
