Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms (pink/brown discharge, back pain, sore breasts, irritability, bloating, mild cramps, pressure in lower abdomen) could be suggestive of pregnancy. If you had tubal reversal done and have been ovulating normally/periodically, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation to look for cause for the symptoms/confirm pregnancy.
Take care.
