I have pain in center of my back which radiates to sides and makes me nauseous and.my body timgly. No fever, no vomiting. No frequent urination or burning. Back pain is like a burning pain

I read your question and i understand your concern. Take some pain killers and muscle relaxants for a few days and if the pain persists, consult your doctor for further management.
