I have pain in center of my back which radiates to sides and makes me nauseous body timgly. No fever, no vomiting. No frequent urination or burning. Back pain is like a burning pain

I read your question and i understand your concern. Take some pain killers and muscle relaxants for a few days and if the pain persists, consult your doctor for further management.
