I'm a 18 year old guy and I have been experiencing lower back pain for about 2 weeks. Not my muscles but the spine. It has been on and off all year. I think it may have been caused by landing hard on my heels so all the pressure was put on my spine. At times it's so bad I can hardly stand up straight with the occasional head ache. Is this something to be worried about?
