Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A7882
Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you had unprotected sex just 2 days after your periods and since you have a 28 day cycle, you were in the safe time of your cycle to have sex. Chances of pregnancy are very less almost remote.

The symptoms (lower back pains a lot, feeling really tired and bloated just like before I get my period) could be due to any infection which may be a STD or a non STD vaginitis (infection of vagina) or cervicitis (infection of cervix) or pelvic inflammatory disease. Ideally you should get investigated for this.

Discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
