Hi Pete, that could be a good idea, although I'm currently bodybuilding and stretching at the moment. Unless I have no choice, I'm going to try and maintain 5 days of bodybuilding with one day of swimming at the weekend.

Really eager to get on these injections!

hi adam
youve got a great attitude.
i read an interesting article about your condition and it actually stated the longer you have the disease the less pain you feel because you get less movement as tissues fuse together. i guess its a double edge sword but it was good to hear there will be less pain.
i wanted to go to aquatherapy today and weve had 9 inches of rain. the aqua therapist didnt make it to work today so i'm stuck in the house. ah well i'll do some stretching here....take care....hope shots work.....pete

Sorry to hear about your failure to get to aqua-therapy. At least you are stretching as a substitute. Smile

I can't say I'm really too fond of the idea of tissues fusing together, but I guess it's something I will try my best to slow down with intense, daily stretching.

I can't believe I can pretty much get down to the boxer splits again! Smile
