I cant open my legs anymore, I have constant pain in my lower and upper back, and I cant stand for more then an hour without extreme pain. What is wrong with me?

we need more information. If you haven't been to a doctor it might be wise to go and see one. A doctors visit is not always that helpful but its a starting point to get information so you can try to find an effective treatment

Without any sort of test results even the best informed readers of your post would only be taking a wild guess about the cause of your problems.

I agree. I would get an MRI on ur lumbar spine and thorastic spine(mid back) as well. I would suggest to get it with dye due to better results. I have been in a similar situation though mine is labrum hip tears in both hips. I can't sit for long periods or stand. Try to go to either a pain specialist or orthopedic for scripts to find the diagnose of your problem.
