Baby breathing loudly

Hi my wife had a ceasarian section for our baby and it was perfect,but the problem is baby is breathing very loud especially at night and get choked by her own breathe she is not adding weight.

You did not mention the age of the baby and duration of symptoms. The chest needs to be examined by a pediatrician to assess for further workup including chest x ray and CBC. Based on the severity oral therapy on OPD basis or parenteral treatment with hospital admission can be advised.
