Avoiding certain foods with Crohn's ?

I was actually diagnosed with crohn's about three and a half years ago, but have not yet my first consultation with the specialist,

(don't even know if I am suppose to make an appointment if things have been under control-knocking on wood-since diagnosis?)

but any way, I have actually been eating the exact same foods as I was before it all came is this ok if im ok??

You probably should go set up an appointment with a Gasteroenterologist, or however you spell that lol. Stomach doctor! to set up some food allergy tests, which consists of a lot of blood tests.. believe me.
